Exceptional customer service and the high quality
I typically do not write reviews but I ordered this bag as a gift for my husband. There was a small mishap with my order and the owner of the company personally emailed me immediately rectifying the issue. Never have I witnessed such a high level of customer service. Not to mention, my husband absolutely loves the bag. The quality is excellent and the black is such a classy and subtle color. He also loves the slot for his suitcase handle. We will definitely be future customers of Grain & Grace!

High-quality craftsmanship and functionality
I was more than pleased with the Globetrotter medium pebble grain duffel bag in black. The craftsmanship was superb. When I opened the bag the quality was much better than I hoped for. The zippers zipped with precise smooth long strokes not snapping as they were moved along the length of the zipper. The pockets were deep and roomy. I'm requesting that my employees be gift with such quality. I'm sure they will enjoy theirs as I'm enjoying mine.

Exceptional customer service
I bought this bag for my fiance. Bag was absolutely beautiful. We did have a little mishap where the warehouse sent us the wrong style BUT the owner / customer service made it right immediately.
